Taxation & Wealth Planning Practice Group in either its

Philadelphia
office. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated mid-level attorney with experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record (link removed)>
Active Bar Admission
in
Pennsylvania , in good standing.
25 years
of substantive experience in
estate planning ,
administration , and
tax
matters.
Demonstrated experience preparing
estate planning documents , structuring sophisticated
wealth transfer strategies , and working with
high-net-worth individuals
and
family-owned businesses (link removed)>
Familiarity with the preparation and/or review of
federal estate and gift tax returns
is
strongly preferred (link removed)>
LL.M. in Taxation
is a
plus , but not required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effective client solutions independently and as part of a team.
Soft Skills: Exceptional legal research, drafting, and analytical skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on
complex estate and gift planning strategies , including structuring
trusts ,
family partnerships , and
charitable giving vehicles (link removed)>
Draft estate planning documents , including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
Guide clients through
estate and trust administration , including probate, tax compliance, and fiduciary duties.
Prepare and review federal estate and gift tax returns
and other
tax filings
associated with
wealth transfer planning (link removed)>
Collaborate with colleagues in the Taxation & Wealth Planning group to deliver tailored, comprehensive solutions for multigenerational wealth preservation.
