Qualifications
Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling
Full-time opportunity. Home call is evenly divided among the team – average is 1:12.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, podiatry, ENT, urology, and endoscopy cases. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Rewards And Benefits
Compensation: $75,000 SUMMER SIGN-ON BONUS Salary ranging from $300,000 to $330,000 (W2 and 1099 options). Minimum additional call pay of $15,600. Extra Work Compensation Details: Extra Shift Daily Rate $200/hr guaranteed Extra Weekday Call Shift – $450 Extra Weekend Call Shift – $675 2-hour guaranteed call-back rate per shift Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage. 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage. Generous eight weeks of paid time off annually. Annual CME allowance. Leadership opportunities Additional perks: Strong commencement bonus and leadership opportunities.
