This role reports into the Vice President, Growth Strategy and is responsible for all aspects of planning and executing sales efforts for assigned market sectors, clients, and regions. The key contributions include alignment and attainment with strategic growth goals, creating and ensuring highly functional and motivated teams, deep understanding and proficiency with the sales process, and effective coaching on the sales and relationship process for the entire organization. This position also takes ownership of the company's first impression with new clients. In this role you may be required to travel up to 50% of the time. Develop short and long-term business development strategies in support of the overall business and organizational objectives. Regularly monitor progress to ensure achievement. Provide direction and technical advice to operating management to identify and prioritize potential markets, customers, and business opportunities. Identify and pursue new markets and business opportunities in support of strategic objectives. Participate in the preparation and implementation of the organization's business plan, including revenue forecasting, targeted markets and customers, competitors, etc. Develop and maintain target accounts which have the potential to provide for large numbers of inquiries and profitable sales revenues, including developing and maintaining account plans for major clients. Follows target industries to watch for changes which could result in increases or decreases in inquiries and revenues. Leverages existing customer relationships to provide opportunities for all applicable scopes of work provided by company. Make presentations to existing and prospective customers on the company's products, services, and overall capabilities; entertain customers as needed. On major proposals, provide direct sales support and actively participate in closing the "sale"; may assist in final contract negotiations with the client. Direct, and participate as needed, in industry trade shows, meetings and events in support of business objectives. Work closely with other company marketing and business development personnel to ensure close coordination and consistency of marketing efforts. Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics."

Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Experience
7-10 years of related experience
Experience in one of the following: Construction or Program Management Services, Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Information Technology solutions, services, and markets including knowledge of competitive offerings.
Experience managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals.
Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives.
