Primary Job Responsibilities Implement AI data pipelines integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to support AI solutions, including pre-processing with extraction, chunking, embedding, and grounding strategies. Develop AI-driven systems to enhance data capabilities while ensuring industry compliance. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrate with enterprise data infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed solutions into operational processes across functions. Stay updated on industry advancements in GenAI and apply modern technologies and methodologies. Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time data streaming pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Spark streaming, etc. Develop data domains and products for reporting, data science, AI/ML, and analytics. Ensure data pipeline reliability, availability, and scalability through monitoring, alerting, and incident management. Apply best practices in reliability engineering, including redundancy, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery. Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment, operation, and maintenance of data systems. Create graph database solutions for complex data relationships supporting AI systems. Apply GenAI solutions to insurance-specific data challenges. Partner with architects and stakeholders to realize the vision of AI and data pipelines, maintaining environment integrity and scalability. Skills Strong technical knowledge of AI solutions leveraging cloud and modern solutions. Excellent collaboration, decision-making, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of evolving industry design patterns for AI. Effective planning, organization, and execution skills. Thought leadership in dynamic, collaborative teams with excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Ability to align deliverables with organizational strategies and objectives. Proficiency in agile, lean, and fast-paced environments, leveraging Scaled Agile principles. Ability to translate complex technical topics into business solutions and vice versa. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field. 5+ years of data engineering experience, including solutions with SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake, ETL/ELT, CICD, Big Data, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Google, Azure), Python/Spark, Data Mesh, Data Lake, or Data Fabric. 1+ year supporting Generative AI technologies. Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade GenAI data solutions and prompt engineering for large language models. Experience with RAG pipelines, vector and graph databases, and unstructured data processing for GenAI. Proficiency in scalable AI data systems supporting agentic solutions (AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, Langchain, Langgraph). Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with building AI pipelines for diverse data types, including pre-processing, embedding, grounding, and semantic modeling. Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-cloud hybrid AI solutions. AI Certifications. Experience in P&C or Employee Benefits industry. Knowledge of NLP and computer vision technologies. Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications. Compensation The annualized base pay range is based on market analysis and may vary based on performance and competencies. It is part of a total compensation package including bonuses and incentives.
