Come Join Shasta Critical Care Specialists!
The physicians and staff of Shasta Critical Care are committed to providing outstanding, state-of-the-art care to all patients with kidney, lung, immune or allergic illnesses. Our practices provide continuity of care for the entire spectrum of medical problems, from outpatient consultation and management to treatment of the most unstable patients in the critical care setting.
At Shasta Critical Care the focus is on the patient and family as they deal with an illness. The staff's goal is to return the patient to health and function, while helping the patient to optimize his/her potential to work with the limits imposed by the illness.
Shasta Critical Care Specialists is a distinguished group of nephrology, pulmonology and critical care physicians based in Redding, California. Providing care for the broadest spectrum of kidney and respiratory diseases, the group has been serving the northern California region since 1998.
Members of Shasta Critical Care are Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Critical Care, Nephrology, Pulmonology or Internal Medicine. With offices in Redding and Red Bluff our physicians attend patients at DCI and DaVita dialysis units, Mercy Medical Center, Shasta Regional Medical Center, Shasta Community Health Center and Vibra Hospital.
Our physicians provide high quality care for the treatment of a number of problems including high blood pressure, heart failure, chronic lung diseases, emphysema, asthma, allergy and both chronic and acute kidney diseases. Several of our nephrologists serve as directors of dialysis for DCI Redding and DaVita in both Redding and Red Bluff.
Shasta Critical Care Specialists support progress in medicine with participation in national professional groups, publications and workshops throughout the country. Our members actively participate in medical education as volunteer faculty staff teaching in the local residency program through the University of California Davis. Our physicians have also published and presented cases at the national level and provided continuing medical education for our local community.
