Private practic seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist with strong clinical skills, excellent bedside manner, andleadership qualities to establish and grow our dermatology department. Initialfocus will be medical dermatology, expanding gradually into advanced cosmeticservices. The candidate should be passionate, collaborative, and committed tolong-term professional growth.

Minimal on-call duties (phone support only, answeringservice in place)
Established EMR, billing, and scheduling systems for smoothworkflows
Scheduling & Patient Volume Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Flexible schedule options (4- or 4.5-day workweek)
Competitive base salary: $ 350,000 - $ 400,000
Productivity bonus potential, earnings up to $800,000+
