Locum Tenens - NP/PA Hybrid Hospitalist/ER Job

Location: Cambridge, NebraskaCoverage Dates: September 11-15

Clinical Role

  • Type: 24-hour solo coverage at rural hospital

  • Working Hours: Typically 12-15 hours of active work, remainder on call

  • Facility Size:

  • 16 total beds (including swing beds)

  • Avg. daily census: 3.2 patients

  • 2 monitored rooms (no dedicated ICU)

  • Required Skills & Procedures:

  • Emergency Medicine experience required

  • Must perform:

  • Central Lines

  • Intubations

  • Chest Tubes

  • Ventilator Management

  • Specialty Support: Anesthesia available onsite

  • Certifications Required:

  • Board Certified

  • ACLS

  • BLS

  • EMR: Meditech Expanse

  • Amenities: Call room for rest/sleep available nearby or onsite
