The Impact You'll Make
As our Nurse Manager, you'll be a key clinical leader and spiritual presence within the center. You will:
- Oversee day-to-day medical services and operations
- Provide hands-on patient care that is both medically sound and mission-aligned
- Serve as a mentor and supervisor to volunteer medical staff
- Ensure compliance, quality, and compassionate care in every detail
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Provide medical services under the direction of our Medical Director
- Offer health education, STI testing, and options counseling in a biblically aligned, patient-first way
- Ensure complete and confidential documentation of all patient care
- Provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to patients in crisis
- Share the Gospel and pray with patients, as appropriate
- Supervise volunteer medical staff: onboarding, training, scheduling, evaluation
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, infection control, and other relevant regulations
- Monitor and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct quarterly chart audits and annual policy reviews
- Provide in-service training and collaborate closely with the Medical Director
- Follow protocols for emergency situations or unusual medical findings
- Maintain active Washington State RN license
- Stay current on continuing education and certifications (e.g., CPR, limited OB ultrasound, STI counseling)
- A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- A devoted follower of Jesus Christ , aligned with our Statement of Faith and biblical worldview on life, sexuality, and marriage
- Passionate about the sanctity of life from conception to natural death
- Skilled in patient care, leadership, and team collaboration
- Able to provide both clinical clarity and Christ-like compassion
- Willing to engage in prayer, Gospel conversations, and spiritual care
- Experienced in or open to learning limited obstetric ultrasound
- A mission-driven work environment rooted in prayer and purpose
