We are seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional to join the Revenue Strategy team at Asana. This team partners with our revenue leaders and is responsible for defining global GTM strategy; driving operational excellence; and leading strategic initiatives in support of this multi-sku business.

As a Revenue Strategy Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring Asana provides consistent and scalable value to its customers. You will work closely with revenue leaders and cross-functional teams to implement global GTM strategies, focusing on AI Studio and Global Planning initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Strategy - Global Programs.

This role is based in San Francisco with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Own and drive global strategic projects to deliver GTM strategy by collaborating across sales, customer success, enablement, marketing, product, finance, and solutions teams.
  • Foster data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within the global sales organization.
  • Define the operating model for Asana’s multi-sku selling motion, including team cadence, processes, policies, data, and tooling for customer-facing teams.
  • Establish the foundation for AI Studio, aligning global business forecasting, reporting, analysis, insights, and target setting.
  • Lead the global planning model to support FY27 multi-sku target setting for both seat subscription and credit consumption.
  • Advocate as the internal ‘voice’ for teams to senior revenue leaders/executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with program leads on business planning, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales program launches.

About you:

  • 4+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, finance, management consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on SaaS (not required for all of those years)
  • Excel at managing complex projects from inception through impact realization, demonstrating significant competency in communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical fluency, including modeling, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A proven track record of delivering results amidst fast-moving environments and adapting to ambiguity
  • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM) and Tableau (BI)
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
