What We Do
First American Trust product teams develop innovative banking solutions for the real estate industry. We seek an energetic, self-motivated individual eager to work through ambiguity, delivering exceptional user experiences and value. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather insights, understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities, and help build advanced solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product, and platform engineering teams, defining strategic directions and making day-to-day product decisions, leveraging your knowledge of technology and methodologies to lead teams to success. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, experienced in Agile, and skilled at defining objectives, prioritizing features, managing timelines, and communicating effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to fostering a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture.
- Align stakeholders on product priorities.
- Drive vision and delivery of new features supporting business growth.
- Translate strategy into detailed requirements.
- Work with delivery teams for quick, resource-efficient releases.
- Prioritize opportunities collaboratively.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in product development, risk analysis, pricing, and financial planning.
- 5-7 years in product or service development.
- 3+ years in Agile product management.
- Experience with strategic partners.
- Knowledge of tools like Atlassian, Miro, and Planview.
- Financial product management experience in Commercial Treasury Management payments.
- Expertise in payables and receivables.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven success in launching new products.
- Experience in software/technology environments.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and teams.
- Customer-focused mindset, with experience in defining high-level requirements.
- Strategic, results-oriented leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous learner about future treasury experiences.
- Ability to build cross-team relationships.

Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually
This range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
