The mission of the Supply Chain Solution Delivery Department is to design, build, deliver, and operate robust, efficient, and scalable Supply Chain technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and so is our Supply Chain Solution Delivery team. This role involves designing, implementing, supporting, and improving supply chain technology solutions. As the Principal Architect, you will lead the design and orchestration of technology across our Supply Chain ecosystem, working closely with senior leadership to shape our technical architecture and ensure successful implementation. THE ROLE
As the Principal Architect, Supply Chain Technology, you will:
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, influencing operational and strategic decisions.
- Design end-to-end architecture for all supply chain functions, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Align with the Global Architecture team to integrate with enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Lead initiatives such as distribution center design, WMS/WCS implementations, and logistics innovations.
- Engage directly in design and decision-making to ensure project success.
- Mentor technical teams and influence enterprise architecture decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
- 15+ years of experience in technology architecture, especially in retail supply chain operations.
- Leadership experience in distribution network modernization across regions.
- Proven ability to lead large transformation programs.
- Strong communication skills for C-level engagement.
- Extensive experience with WMS, WCS, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of parcel, freight, inventory, and trade platforms.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and data management.
- Experience in fast-paced retail environments.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical salary range is $200,000–$300,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus eligibility may apply.
