Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent insurer clients in complex coverage litigation
  • Handle all phases of litigation—pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation—with increasing autonomy
  • Experience with insurance-related mass tort bankruptcy disputes is a plus, but not required

Qualifications:

  • J.D. and active bar membership in the District of Columbia
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience, ideally at a law firm with a focus on insurance coverage and/or litigation
  • Prior experience representing insurers is strongly preferred
