• The ability to motivate student athletes to maximize their athletic talent.
• Assist in preparing student athletes for competition.
• Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling athletic events and practices, transportation, maintaining supplies and equipment, and assisting in maintenance of school facilities.
• Help student athletes maintain and meet eligibility requirements to participate in high school athletic events.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• The ability to make decisions under pressure.
• The ability to work with the Athletic Director and site administration to enforce school rules and policies.
