Inform Foodservice Solutions is a top performing manufacturer's rep firm agency that specializes in providing food service equipment and culinary expertise. Our responsibilities include sales/business development, marketing, and chef-driven solutions for the manufacturers we represent. We operate in Northern California and Northern NV.

Role: Territory Sales Manager (Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional to join our growing team.The Territory Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales team by building client relationships, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and helping drive sales growth.

This role will also collaborate on culinary events, educational programming, and other marketing initiatives that support our manufacturers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

·Support sales team with client outreach, business development, and account management.

·Conduct market research, gain intel, and track industry trends.

·Build and maintain relationships with new and existing dealers/clients.

·Collaborate on culinary events, product demos, and educational opportunities.

·Provide feedback and insight to improve programs and initiatives.

·Represent Inform and our manufacturers at industry events and trade shows.

·Travel: Expectation of local travel of up to 30% or more to fulfill role with additional travel for factory training and trade shows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience ideally in hospitality, culinary arts, foodservice, or foodservice equipment and supplies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and track industry trends
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools
  • Experience with Salesforce or related CRM
  • Experience with food service equipment is a plus
  • Must reside in the Bay Area or greater Bay Area of Northern California
