Job DescriptionJob Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Swedesboro, NJPay rate: $30 -$40/HR plus shift differential Shifts & Schedule: 3rd (10pm to 6:30am) 2nd (2pm to 10:30pm) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Specialist - Mechanic to support plant and production electrical and control systems. This role involves working across multiple disciplines including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network sub-systems. The Maintenance Specialist will support other shifts, troubleshoot equipment issues, ensure accurate documentation, and help uphold maintenance and production schedules in coordination with plant leadership.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate documentation for all electrical and control systems, including hardware and software.Support and train Electro-Mechanics across all shifts as needed.Troubleshoot and repair electrical or control-related issues in collaboration with mechanics and technicians.Provide support from offsite locations for equipment troubleshooting and repair.Perform inspections and maintenance while equipment is in production, ensuring safety and minimal downtime.Complete preventive, corrective, or scheduled maintenance during equipment downtime per manufacturer and company standards.Analyze root cause of failures, repair breakdowns efficiently, and restore production operations.Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, quality control, and government regulations.Maintain plant systems for steam, chilled water, air, power, HVAC, refrigeration, and emissions control.Accurately complete and maintain work records, job assignments, and backlog documentation.Support company initiatives related to safety, product quality, and cleanliness of work areas.Travel occasionally for training or procurement of parts.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:AS or AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred.
