You'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of electrical and mechanical systems-minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.Schedule: First shift 6:00am-6:00pm on a 3-2-2-3 schedule (three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off)What You BringTechnical degree, journeyman's card, or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical/mechanical).Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and specifications.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, controls, and theory.Hands-on troubleshooting skills with electrical/mechanical testing equipment.Experience using hand tools, precision measuring tools, and welding/torch equipment.Solid math skills (algebra, trigonometry, geometry).Strong communication and customer service skills.Nice to HaveAllen Bradley or Siemens PLC/Drive experience.AC/DC motor maintenance.HVAC certification or maintenance experience.Advanced hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.What You'll DoPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.Diagnose and repair control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and manuals.Install, update, and maintain wiring and system components.Support training programs and help improve processes.Maintain accurate records and follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing/walking; occasional sitting, lifting up to 35 lbs (and occasionally over 100 lbs with assistance).
