Job Description & Requirements

Shift: 12-hour nights (firm)
Schedule: Every 3rd weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Dates: 7/7 onward, biweekly start dates available
Licenses & Certifications
- Required License: Iowa RN or Compact RN license in hand at submission
- Compact license holders must submit proof of residency at submission
- Required Certs:
- BLS
- ACLS
- EFM (Intermediate – Advanced not required)
- NRP
Experience Requirements
- Recent experience within the last year in a high-volume L&D unit with 250 births per month
- High-risk, high-volume, high-acuity background
- Must have EPIC experience
- Must be able to circulate C-sections
- Able to manage high-volume laboring patients

- Float Support: Postpartum unit as needed
- Charting: EPIC
- Scrub Color: Light blue
