Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lathe / CNC Machinist to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining CNC Lathe to produce precision components. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining processes, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate, set up, and maintain a Hyundai WIA CNC lathe to produce high-quality parts.
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to execute machining tasks accurately.
Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required specifications.
Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers to improve processes.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Work closely with team members to support production goals and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in machining, with a focus on lathe operations and CNC programming.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to set up and adjust CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tools and offsets.
- Knowledge of quality control methods and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
