Job Description
This role involves programming complex components in Siemens NX, with knowledge of airfoils being advantageous. Responsibilities include programming for multiple machine languages such as Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, designing fixturing, and working with 3 and 5 axis milling machines, Wire EDM, and CNC machines.
Responsibilities
- Programming complex components in Siemens NX.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and communicating clearly.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Planning and forecasting stock needs, including ordering supplies.
- Designing fixturing and workholding for airfoil components.
- Creating operational sequences for machining processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Siemens NX software.
- Ability to read complex blueprints, especially for airfoils, is a plus.
- Strong ownership and dedication to meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills.
