CNC Machinists -Programmer (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Woodcrest area
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift - Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM (shift differential included)
We are actively seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team. These roles require experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, with the ability to set up, troubleshoot, and run precision high-tolerance parts. While experience on both mills and lathes is preferred, we welcome specialists in either CNC milling or CNC lathe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program jobs using MasterCam 2024 or G/M code to meet customer specifications.
  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines from engineering drawings.
  • Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical plans to determine tooling, process, and materials.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and perform routine checks on machines to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and machinists to meet project requirements and solve machining challenges.
  • Monitor the machining process and make real-time adjustments to uphold precision and quality.
  • Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school training a plus).
  • Proven hands-on experience in CNC machining (mills and/or lathes).
  • Solid understanding of precision measuring instruments and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with MasterCam or G/M code programming strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
