Job Summary Bring your culinary vision to life at the Florida State Fairgrounds! As Executive Chef, you will lead all kitchen operations, craft innovative menus, and ensure every dish meets Levy’s gold standard. You will oversee culinary staff, manage food quality, and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Minimum 5 years in an executive culinary leadership role
Strong financial acumen with budget and cost-control experience
Proficiency in inventory management systems and menu engineering
ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
Key Responsibilities: Lead culinary team to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences
Design seasonal and event-specific menus
Manage kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
Maintain food quality, presentation, and cost targets
