Server
to join our
Luxury
Premium Clubs
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing food and drink service to guests in our Yuengling Flight Club. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Takes drink orders following alcohol serving guidelines. Utilizes point of sale system to input drink orders accurately and present checks to guests for payment. Reviews daily buffet menu to be able to answer guest questions regarding entrees and allergy needs. Sets up assigned section with plates, glassware & utensils prior to doors opening. Set ups, maintains and breaks down server stations. Helps create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promotes a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates. Exhibits exceptional communication skills with all management, staff and guests. Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people; Maintains composure under pressure. Demonstrates knowledge of building amenities to answer guest questions and provide directions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma and GED Equilvalent. Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience. Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification. Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification. Excellent customer service, organization, and time management. Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment. Apply to Levy today!
