Chief Revenue Officer
Job Overview: InVitro Capital is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale revenue operations across our portfolio of AI-native startups. As CRO, you'll develop and drive go-to-market strategies, build high-performing sales and customer success teams, and own the revenue roadmap from early-stage traction to sustainable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape how venture-backed companies scale from 0 to 1 and beyond. You'll work closely with founders, product teams, and studio leadership to drive top-line performance across multiple industries. Work Setup: On-site from Monday to Thursday; remote on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market Strategy Development: Design and implement full-funnel revenue strategiesincluding sales, marketing, and customer successfor early-stage ventures. Team Leadership & Coaching: Build, manage, and mentor high-performance GTM teams across multiple startups, ensuring a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Revenue Operations & Forecasting: Establish the infrastructure and reporting systems needed to manage sales performance, forecast revenue, and measure pipeline health. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Directly support founder-led sales efforts, drive early-stage customer acquisition, and establish playbooks that enable repeatable growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and finance teams to align customer feedback with product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and business priorities. Multi-Venture Leadership: Apply your expertise across multiple companies simultaneouslyleveraging frameworks, insights, and systems to accelerate go-to-market success across the InVitro portfolio.
