This position will be posted until 8/10/25. About the Role

Unique opportunity to develop and implement product technologies to solve customer and operational facing issues for the Research & Development department in Arden Hills, MN. The individual in this role will support new product development and sustaining engineering team solutions to multi-faceted customer and operational issues, requiring applied in-depth problem-solving competencies. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least four days per week. Relocation is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: Develop technical knowledge of Competitive Products and Systems to enable product solutions Maintain up-to-date general industry knowledge Continuously improve process and work methodologies by interfacing with peers/cross-functional groups and analyzing activities to improve workflow and work processes In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures Must have good communication and interpersonal skills Provide Technical support, as required, to TDP/PDP Teams Must be a Self Starter, manage own time and prioritize based on business priorities Management Requirements

Pursuing or have obtained a graduate level degree in Computer Science Former Boston Scientific Intern A minimum of 3 years of work experience Programming experience in languages Python, Kotlin, or Java Experience with Machine Learning optimization via systems such as MLflow, PyTorch, BoTorch, or Vertex AI Big data & distributed computing via PySpark or Kafka Experience using databases & tools such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Numpy, or Pandas Travel on average 10% to BSC divisions and suppliers world-wide Preferred Qualifications
