Program Integrator (Pi) For The Taiwan Nasams Program
Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) for the Taiwan NASAMS Program. The Program Integrator will be responsible for managing the overall program mission integration between CONUS and OCONUS; risk and opportunity management; coordination and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners in day-to-day execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; implementation of PM best practices. This position will work across all Raytheon Strategic Business Units and functional organizations domestically across the country, and international partners to ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products and services in accordance with the Contract requirement. This position will regularly interact with Senior Raytheon Leadership, the USG, and program Subcontractors on program status and direction. This position will require approximately 25% travel. What You Will Do Assist with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures Meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions Coordinate customer program reviews; prepare for customer visits Support contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, contract definitization, and start-up efforts. Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience is required Experience leading cross-functional teams Experience with financial analysis and project management tools and/or systems The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer International program execution experience Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Technologies' Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry Working knowledge of contract formation and execution Experience conducting international business and cross-cultural communication Demonstrated experience with contracts management Product lifecycle management experience Not Relocation Eligible - Relocation assistance not available
