Director, Curation Partnership Sales
LoopMe is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Curation Partnership Sales to drive revenue growth in North America. You'll promote adoption of the LoopMe DSP and Exchange with ad agencies, brands, publishers, and other ad tech partners. Reporting to the Senior Director, BD Platforms & Curation, you'll manage a strong pipeline of digital advertising sales opportunities, building and closing high-value curator partnerships. This role is ideal for a proactive seller with proven success in programmatic advertising and a track record of exceeding targets. You'll work across brands, mid-market agencies, data providers, media companies, publisher networks, and commerce/retail media networksdelivering complex, high-impact solutions that generate measurable results. As our Director, Curation Partnership Sales, you will be: Driving Revenue Growth: As an individual contributor, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption of the LoopMe DSP and Exchange High-Impact Prospecting: Maintain a robust cadence of outreach and follow-ups, effectively managing a high volume of daily interactions with potential clients and partners and developing customized solutions and proposals that demonstrate the value of LoopMe's platforms Complex Deal Management: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiating and closing sophisticated business deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to secure new business Seamless Collaboration with Account Mgmt: Partner closely with the Marketplace AM/CSM team to ensure smooth handoffs, provide strategic insights, and support curator growth initiativesmaximizing client satisfaction and expanding account potential Collaboration: Partner closely with manager and LoopMe's product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition, enhance sales collateral, playbooks, and craft compelling, data-driven sales pitches Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business What We Are Looking For In You: Programmatic Pro: Experience in programmatic advertising, especially with platform sales, media buying, supply ops, and data partnerships. You should know the ins and outs of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges. Data Whiz: You're great at analyzing data to make smart business decisions. Communication King/Queen: You can build trust and influence people at all levels. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong business acumen and negotiation skills and agility to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments. Sales Hustle: You've got a track record of winning new clients (especially mid-market agencies) in digital, mobile, or video advertising. Presentation Skills: You can rock a presentation and communicate clearly. Driven and Tenacious: You're a go-getter! The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
