Senior Individual Contributor For User Experience And Product Design
We are seeking a senior individual contributor to serve as the sole leader of user experience and product design across the Yieldify platform. This role is deeply embedded in product development and directly shapes the experience of hundreds of brands that rely on Yieldify for personalization, journey orchestration, and monetization. You'll own everything from user research and prototyping to interface design and demo support. You'll work side by side with product and engineering to define features, test hypotheses, and deliver elegant, intuitive experiences. You'll also partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to support platform walkthroughs and feedback cycles. This is a mission-critical backfill: the previous designer was a key contributor across product, design, and go-to-market. You will step into a high-impact role with clear ownership, high visibility, and strong cross-functional support. What you'll achieve: Own and lead all user experience and product design work for the Yieldify platform Collaborate with product and engineering to define features, map journeys, and deliver elegant UX solutions Conduct user research, usability testing, and prototyping to validate ideas and refine design direction Drive live walkthroughs and demos to support sales, client success, and product marketing teams Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, usability, and governance across the product Manage feedback loops with internal stakeholders and users to inform feature iteration and roadmap priorities Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and design fidelity Bring a product mindset to design
helping the team make thoughtful tradeoffs that balance user needs and business goals Who you are: 6+ years of experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer, ideally in B2B SaaS, martech, or ecommerce Strong design portfolio that shows a balance of UX thinking, visual design, and problem-solving for complex workflows Comfortable being the sole designer on a cross-functional team
you know how to lead, prioritize, and deliver independently Highly skilled in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong understanding of responsive web design Experience building and maintaining design systems in collaboration with engineering Confident communicator who can lead discussions, present to stakeholders, and support client-facing teams A natural collaborator who works well across product, engineering, commercial, and marketing teams Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated by impact
you care about outcomes, not just output Nice to have: familiarity with personalization, journey orchestration, or messaging platforms; experience supporting sales enablement, including demos and client walk-throughs; background in analytics, conversion optimization, or user research; exposure to experimentation platforms and A/B testing best practices Base Salary: $120,750- $201,250 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws.
