Enterprise Data & Analytics Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and data-savvy Data Scientist II to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will explore customer, product, channel, and digital data to uncover insights that enhance the consumer experience and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable, intuitive performance insights and support strategic decision-making through data storytelling and visualization. This is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives and contribute to a culture of data-driven innovation. Key Responsibilities: Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using visualizations, dashboards, and presentations. Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Digital, IT, and Risk to support strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and automated reporting tools. Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of digital and omnichannel initiatives. Partner with fraud and risk teams to identify and mitigate potential threats. Support the development of KPIs and metrics to monitor the health and performance of digital assets. Apply automation techniques to streamline manual processes and improve data accuracy. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Decision Sciences, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, or a related STEM field. Proficiency in programming such as R or Python. Experience with SQL and large database systems (e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop). Strong skills in Tableau and Tableau Server for data visualization and dashboard development. Additional Qualifications: Experience applying statistical or machine learning methods in a business environment. Familiarity with additional programming (e.g., Java, C) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target). Background in banking or financial services is a plus.
