QA Technician

As a QA Technician, you will be responsible for physically inspecting all incoming products to verify that they meet order requirements and specifications. You will perform analytical tests and take samples as required for various products. Additionally, you will repackage and label products as needed, releasing them into production or inventory control. You will assist in audits of production, quality, equipment/tooling, and systems to ensure compliance with documented procedures and customer specifications. Your role will also involve ensuring that documents, records, and samples are cataloged, archived, stored, and readily accessible in a suitable environment to minimize the chance of damage, deterioration, or loss. Responsibilities

Check and inspect operation results against predetermined tolerances. Operate traditional fabrication equipment. Utilize tools necessary for wafer/panel processing. Handle delicate materials with care. Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshooting. Interface effectively with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management teams. Set up and operate assigned production equipment to achieve quality, efficiency, and productivity goals. Essential Skills

At least one year of experience in a QA role, ideally in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Proficiency in inspection and quality assurance. Experience with assembly and production processes, particularly in medical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a cleanroom setting is a plus. Why Work Here?

Our company offers set pay evaluations at six and twelve months, with significant growth potential as the location expands. We provide operator levels with pay based on experience and tenure, along with excellent benefits upon permanent employment. Employees receive a dollar pay raise upon becoming permanent, and quarterly bonuses based on production performance, usually ranging from $1,000 to $2,000. Work Environment

Work in a Class 100 cleanroom environment, with approximately 50 employees at the Elkton location and 110 at the Federal location in Colorado Springs, CO. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
