Diecutter Operator

You will play a vital part in the Finishing department, where you will develop your skills in job acceptance, make ready, job run, job completion, and maintenance. Review press bindery tickets to understand work requirements and identify any printing defects. Set up the die cutter machine for proper cutting, scoring, and registration, ensuring quality standards are met. Operate the machine during job runs, feeding material, checking quality, and assisting with packing. Complete load tags and maintain accurate job tracking in the computer system. Perform preventive maintenance on the die cutter, including cleaning and oiling. Collaborate with Senior Operators for guidance and assistance, while also supporting fellow Die Cutters. Maintain confidentiality of company information and demonstrate good judgment in problem-solving. Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience operating a Diecutter machine is preferred. Strong knowledge of measurements and ability to read blueprints. Computer literacy and ability to perform simple programming. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
