Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Technical Product Manager - Global Trade Compliance to be located in Titusville, NJ or Beerse, Belgium location. While you are welcome to apply to any or all of the postings, we recommend focusing on the specific country(s) that align with your preferred location(s): United States/Titusville, NJ Beerse, Belgium Innovative Medicine Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 platforms to 1, standardizing processes to drive a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicines business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. The Technical Product Manager - Global Trade Compliance will be an active member of the IM Supply Chain JJT team, driving global standardization within Innovative Medicines ERP technology solutions and taking ownership of the corresponding GTS solutions: This role must work in close collaboration with parallel programs currently on going within J&J. The Technical Product Manager - Global Trade Compliance will be an active member of the Global Trade Compliance (a.k.a Global Trade Services-GTS) JJT team and will lead JNJ internal team and consultants within this scope while partnering with other J&J Technology functions to drive global standardization within Innovative Medicines ERP technology solutions. The role will fundamentally lead all aspects of platform governance, continuous improvement & efficiencies across its scope, enabling strategic capabilities and innovation, human centered design, and platform integration across our digital ecosystem. The role will partner with the Innovative Medicine Transcend deployment organization to grow and evolve the capabilities as business and regional deployments are implemented. Key Responsibilities: Roadmap & Backlog Own vision and prioritization of new technical features and/or enhancements for Trade Compliance and Trade Preferences to meet business needs. Establish technology roadmap to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for Intercompany requirements. Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency. Further refine the backlog by adding necessary technical features and epics; work with Suppliers and Product owners, with regard to supplier delivered capacity & architectural integration is understood. Help Product Owners prioritize their backlogs, handle product / platform constraints, and resolve cross-team dependencies; lead demand intake as required. Solutioning Accountable for solution design and implementation for Global Trade Compliance processes for Innovative Medicines Supply Chain on the ERP & GTS platforms and the integration with relevant ecosystems Drive business process standardization and strategies to drive best in class design Effectively engage with business and functional teams in providing the best fit technical solutions while aligning to Transcend program design and implementation standards Drive selection of product / platform solution options, work with the Engineering team to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing and to balance tech debt Delivery Accountable to lead the integrated solution build and deployment Responsible for planning and execution of Technical Testing and support business workstream lead to plan and implement Business Simulation and User Acceptance Testing Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as required Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s) Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience Domain Expertise: Strong Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes and the end-to-end business processes linkages to Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Logistics, Finance and Data processes. Solid Understanding of SAP ERP technical capabilities Strong Knowledge of SAP GTS technical capabilities Exposure to Global Trade Compliance Processes Preferred: Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations. Exposure to Advanced Therapies and Clinical distribution processes Experience with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $207,000. Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
