Manages all aspects of the relationship with suppliers in regards to quality. Performs product, process and supplier audits and integrates new suppliers into programs. Creates and distributes reports on supplier quality performance and corrective action status. Works with suppliers on non-conformance reports and corrective requests, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. Engages with Manufacturing team to ensure appropriate Supplier controls and quality inspection are in place, and appropriate on-site receiving inspection and auditing is in place. Qualifications
Experience with all Quality Principles and processes. Deep experience in PPAP/FAIR, APQP, QMS, PFMEA, DFMEA, SPC, control plans, RCCA, 5-why / 8D, etc. Experience consolidated and presenting Quality performance. Experience in Lean, process mapping, process improvement activities. Experience with manufacturing environments, methods of manufacturing, engineering systems, etc. is required. Requires BS in Engineering and 2-7 years of relevant experience. The US base salary for this full-time position is $85,000 -$100,000 plus bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
