Managing Director, Shared Services Technology Serving clients in 95 countries, Services provides integrated payments and collections, liquidity management, short term financing and trade finance solutions, and securities services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations and increasingly to mid-corporate businesses with global needs. As the Services business continues to grow and evolve, there is a strong mandate to ensure provision of world class technology and innovation relative to the partnership with the business. The Head of Shared Services Technology will focus on building common platform across the business. The leader will lead AI initiatives, shared operational platform and digital assets platforms through effective best architectural principles, key engineering disciplines and sound procedures expected of a global, systemically important financial institution. Responsibilities Include:
Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions and drive the evolution of our technology architecture to support scalability, security, and innovation. Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure while implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Lead a team of engineering building capabilities around digital assets. Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices across the engineering organization. Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of shared platforms. Develop and maintain the organization's infrastructure roadmap, aligning it with business growth and technology advancements. Work with the broader CTO organization on the overall technology strategy for the business. Qualifications:
Significant experience in Financial Services preferably in Transaction Banking Possesses an observable and impactful delivery track record, including the architecture, build, deployment, integration and ongoing management of large-scale technology ecosystems Demonstrated skills in developing and executing strategies for transformation programs Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships Experience analyzing client requirements and developing suitable, cost-effective solutions Comprehensive understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies Experience in performing complex problem solving and business trade off decision analysis Experience of work in a process driven environment Demonstrated people leadership / management Ability to provide leadership to the next generation of the global technology journey Jersey City, New Jersey, United States In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
