Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Change Management Leader to drive the successful adoption of enterprise initiatives by applying structured change management strategies to our People Group Programs. This role is responsible for developing and executing change plans that maximize employee engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure long-term sustainability of organizational changes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that drive adoption of organizational, process, and technology transformations. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to inform tailored change interventions. Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement strategies that align with the initiative's goals and audience needs. Partner with business leaders, HR, communications, and project teams to embed change management into project lifecycles. Create and maintain tools and templates to support change efforts (e.g., communications plans, FAQs, change roadmaps, stakeholder maps). Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and risks; recommend adjustments as needed to increase success. Facilitate change-related workshops, focus groups, and training sessions. Build change capability across the organization through coaching and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles. Experience supporting large-scale change initiatives in matrixed or complex organizations. Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter). Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, AirTable, SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc). Experience in a consulting or advisory capacity is a plus. Annual Salary $121,975.00 - $189,625.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
