MUST BE PHYSICALLY BASED IN THE NYC METROPOLITAN AREA The Director, Strategy & Analytics will serve as the data lead within the OneFluential team, dedicated to supporting LUSA (L'Oral USA). This role is critical in connecting influencer and campaign performance data to business decision-making across the portfolio. You'll partner with LUSA CDMO to deliver executive-ready insights, special projects, and strategic recommendations. This role requires someone who's both highly analytical and collaborative - someone who can navigate nuanced stakeholder needs, distill complexity into clarity, and make data meaningful in service of business growth. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with LUSA CDMO and OneFluential on leadership deliverables and ad-hoc analyses Partner with LUSA stakeholders to elevate how influencer performance data is used across the business, including: Deliver timely topline readouts and pattern-spotting to reduce lag and ensure stakeholder needs are met Identify and socialize data and platform trends using available data tools and benchmarking resources Analyze KPI share across influencer tiers and platforms to surface trends, best practices, and opportunities Conduct influencer churn, retention, and prospecting analysis to inform strategy and long-term partnership planning Support the tracking and performance analysis of creator cohorts to ensure alignment with brand goals and long-term partnership strategy Support LUSA's ongoing data cleaning, benchmarking, and modeling efforts, specifically MMM readiness and KPI normalization Proactively flag gaps in visibility or clarity that may require system or process support (but not own those systems) Who You Are 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, or insights - preferably in influencer, digital media, or CRM/retail environments Experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care category is highly valued - and an understanding of the category's pace, nuance, and consumer mindset is key to success Strong ability to translate data into compelling business stories and visual outputs Proven experience managing cross-functional relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders Expertise in social/influencer metrics, CRM data, or MMM A confident communicator who can distill complex insights and build trust Comfort in ambiguity and ability to lead through shifting priorities with focus and clarity Strong analytical skills, and comfort with tools and technologies including, but not limited to: Databases and Querying: Relational databases, SQL Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, SQL, MS Access Social, digital, and influencer analytics tools (e.g. Traackr, NetBase, Talkwalker, etc.) Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel (Advanced Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint Why This Role Matters This embedded role ensures influencer strategy is grounded in data, aligned to audience behavior, and built to drive results - not just impressions. $120,000-$160,000 3-Days in Office at Client Site Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
