The Maintenance Person assists store management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. The Maintenance crew is responsible for maintaining the restaurant's exterior and interior cleanliness. This includes cleaning fryers once per day, wiping down windows, emptying trash cans, cleaning HVAC systems, maintaining kitchen equipment and cleaning restrooms. Maintenance associates are also required for maintaining the outside of the restaurant by sweeping parking lots and providing seasonal care. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks. Must be able to bend and stoop frequently.
