We are seeking a highly skilled Security Representative with extensive experience in Program Security Management and compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and overseeing the requirements of 32 CFR 117, as well as other relevant government regulations, to ensure program security compliance at our King of Prussia, PA facility. Experience in implementation of DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, NISPOM 32 CFR, Part 117. Familiarity with Rotary and Mission Systems Security and Emergency Services Policies and Procedures Experience with OneLM to drive synergies across organizations Completion of the CDSE (Center for Development of Security Excellence) Facility Security Officer (FSO) training for possessing facilities Proficiency in the following systems and tools: + SIMS (Security Information Management System) + DART (Defense Automated Resource Tracking) + DISS (Defense Information System for Security) + NISS (National Industrial Security System) Prior experience in managing and overseeing security programs Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive collaboration across organizations Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape Completion of the following OPSEC (Operations Security) courses: + OPSEC Analysis course + OPSEC Program Manager course Experience with OPSEC principles and practices, including the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities Current CDSE FSO training for possessing facilities certification Prior experience as a: + Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) Experience in managing and overseeing facility security programs, including personnel security, information security, and physical security Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergies and ensure alignment with OneLM initiatives Provide guidance and support to facility personnel on security policies and procedures Working knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
