Specializing in education, healthcare, senior living, and light industrial projects-typically up to $60M-they are expanding their team in the Triad region and seeking a Project Manager with relevant experience to support several large upcoming projects. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with project management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Assistant Project Manager - Education Projects - Greensboro (Triad) will receive: Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $70,000-$95,000 Discretionary bonuses Vehicle allowance provided Cell and laptop offered PTO and sick days 401K match Pipeline of projects local to Greensboro (Will consider all local to the Triad)
