Learn our product lines and design software to create functional, beautiful storage solutions Apply creativity and spatial awareness to design custom closet systems that fit each client's lifestyle Conduct in-home consultations (within a 65-mile radius) to understand client needs and present design options Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts Promote our products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation to close Meet and exceed individual sales goals through dedication and consistent effort Key Qualifications
Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people Sales experience preferredbonus if you have a background in design or home improvement Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, interior design, home organization, real estate, remodeling, or customer service with a creative focus is a plus Basic computer skills to manage your workflow Reliable transportation for client visits (no mileage reimbursement) Who Thrives in This Role
