Power Supply Assembler
Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a Power Supply Assembler to join their team. As a Power Supply Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Sun Valley, CA Pay Range: $18-$19 / hr Shift: 1st What's the Job? Produce internal boards, bracket assemblies, connectors, case assemblies, and wiring, preparing them for final processing. Install parts or components requiring special care in handling, using a variety of equipment and hand tools. Work with and read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and bills of material to sub-assemble electronic components. Make minor procedural decisions in soldering and fitting within established guidelines. Perform visual and electrical checks to ensure quality and accuracy of work. What's Needed? 1 to 2 years of experience in hand soldering through-hole and surface mount components to PCBs. Advanced knowledge of color code and soldering techniques. Ability to safely use hand tools such as heat guns, arbor presses, and soldering irons. JSTD or IPC certification preferred.
