The KYC Operations Intmd Asc Anlst is responsible for Post Execution Quality Reviews participating in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi, most specifically part of the Post Execution Quality Review. Responsibilities: Analyst will be apart of the Post Execution Quality Review team partnering with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews Verify and confirm banker ownership of KYC Records to ensure continuous flow of information Ensure all information and documentation comply with local regulation and Citi standards Update and review forms according to local regulation requirements and work with Compliance to expedite documentation reviews, providing clarification as needed Follow up with clients to ensure information is received by due date Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of KYC records and Appendix readiness, assisting with the development and execution of action planning for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due Maintain and monitor the process of approving KYC Records and Appendix with all associated parties to ensure timeliness and accuracy Participate and assist with the organization of weekly meetings and calls to discuss "Sustainability and Remediation" population Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
