Price Compliance Specialist
The Price Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring pricing integrity across all channels and customer accounts. This role safeguards margin performance, enforces vendor agreements, and maintains compliance with pricing policies. The officer serves as the primary point of contact for monitoring, auditing, and resolving pricing discrepancies, while supporting the broader pricing strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor & Audit Pricing: Regularly audit pricing data to ensure accuracy across vending, micro markets, and other channels. Identify and resolve discrepancies between contracted pricing, vendor agreements, and customer invoices. Compliance Management: Ensure all pricing adheres to company policies, vendor agreements, and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation of compliance activities and report findings to leadership. Account Coordination: Collaborate with account managers to address customer-specific pricing concerns or escalations. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular compliance reports, highlighting risk areas and opportunities for margin recovery. Support the pricing team with data insights to inform strategic decisions. Job Requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve pricing issues. Ability to interpret and enforce pricing policies and vendor agreements. Proactive problem-solver with risk mitigation experience. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience ensuring pricing compliance and supporting process improvements. Benefits
