Maintenance Team Member
Be a part of the world's #1 Pizza company! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our food warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, hygienic, and compliant environment for food storage and handling. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in food-grade facilities, and be familiar with sanitation protocols and safety regulations. Hourly Wage $20/HR Schedule: Sun-Thurs 6:00am - 2:30pm Responsibilities and Duties Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of warehouse floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, break rooms, and office areas. Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums. Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, OSHA). Assist with pest control measures and report any signs of infestation. Respond to spills and contamination incidents promptly and effectively. Support warehouse operations by keeping aisles and workspaces clean and hazard-free. Document cleaning activities and complete sanitation logs as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous janitorial or sanitation experience in a food warehouse or industrial setting. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed. Work Environment Exposure to cold or refrigerated environments. Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
