Your Tasks And Responsibilities: Own, shape, and coordinate the international Amazon strategy for profitable outperformance; Build and drive high-impact JVAs to deliver the Road to Billions strategy via Amazon; Support and coordinate global negotiation with best practices for all international markets; Partner with cluster and market teams to deploy best practices, tools, and commercial frameworks for profitable growth; Act as a central strategic counterpart for Amazon's multiple leadership teams across Retail, Advertising, AWS, and In Stock; Lead the building of ecommerce organizational development with associated recommendations; Build and rollout ecommerce excellence frameworks around critical skills such as e-Category/Shopper, Portfolio, Digital Shelf, Media, JBPS; Train and coach regional/local teams on ecommerce executional excellence elements; Identify capability gaps and best practices with recommendations to build, grow, or buy solutions; Evolve modern segmentation framework to select and prioritize key customers across all ecommerce sub-channels; Build and align service levels that differentiate top accounts by sub-channel in partnership with cross-functional teams; Tailor and support accelerated growth plan creation with investment strategies in collaboration with account teams; Build and champion the 'connected commerce' narrative across partners within the business based on modern shopper, category, and market dynamics; Influence and drive connected commerce evolutions across Bayer policies to accommodate ecommerce needs; Influence NRM/Sales policy with ecommerce insights to maximize omnichannel executional excellence. Who You Are: Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Hands-on successful experience with AVNS, negotiation, and Amazon account development; Experience with businesses working with Amazon at scale, particularly in healthcare, FMCG, softline, or hardline businesses with GVM level relationships; Proven track record of managing or working in large multiple (mass retail) customers, ideally building and driving C-Level partnerships; Experience in building and scaling ecommerce teams based on successful ecommerce operating models; Experience in building and driving ecommerce capability frameworks across different teams and business models. Preferred Qualifications: 10 years in digital commerce with deep experience in Amazon across international markets, ideally with in-market EMEA experience. This posting will be available for application until at least August 26, 2025. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $162756.65 - 244134.97. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
