Joint Training Program Coordinator
SAIC is seeking a Joint Training Program Coordinator located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Director of All-Domain Training Division (J75) by identifying headquarters training requirements and facilitating reporting and assessing of joint training initiatives that enhance interoperability across the services. Job Description: Develop, monitor, and report on operational-level joint training programs aligned with USINDOPACOM objectives. Develop and oversee Artificial Intelligence training across USINDOPACOM in collaboration with the Command Data Office. Lead cross-functional training officers in the management of directorate and individual training requirements to ensure INDOPACOM operational readiness is measured and tracked across all warfighting functions. Coordinate with Joint Staff J7, service components, and other combatant commands to ensure seamless training integration. Facilitate the collection of training assessments and after-action reviews (AARs). Manage documentation, metrics, and reports using the Joint Training Tool (JTT), formerly known as the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS). Evaluate training effectiveness, recommend enhancements, and prepare briefings for senior leaders. Ensure compliance with DoD directives and USINDOPACOM policy. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Joint / Service Exercise experience, preferably including Combatant Command, Component, or Operational headquarters level. Deep understanding of joint training doctrine (CJCSI 3500 series) and campaign planning. Desired Skillset: Experience working with Joint Training Tool (JTT), Defense Readiness Reporting System, and Task Management System preferred. PMP or other project/program management certification preferred. Required Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TSSCI. Must have current US Citizenship. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
