The Executive Assistant to the Chairman provides proactive, high-level administrative support, consistently anticipating the Chairman's needs to ensure seamless daily operations. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Act as the main point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, efficiently handling walk-ins, emails, and phone calls. Coordinate all business travel, including accommodations and transportation, while also providing support for personal travel logistics as needed. Oversee office processes and general administrative tasks. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Chairman. Ensure the accuracy of all credit cards, expense records, and reimbursements needed by the office or the executive team. Provide support to the Chairman with various personal needs as assigned, including managing and responding to requests promptly and with professionalism on the Chairman's behalf. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or support capacity. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with professionalism and clarity. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong general computer software skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Forward-thinking and proactive in anticipating needs and solving challenges. Composed under pressure and effective at resolving problems with sound judgment.
