Job Summary Shift: 4th shift Days of Work: Friday - Sunday Work Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work Location: On-site (Mankato, MN) Starting Salary: $23.75 to $26.57 hourly + 10% shift differential Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly Nidec is the world's No.1 comprehensive motor manufacturer handling "everything that spins and moves", miniature to gigantic. Job Description Cleans parts to Kato standards via blast booth operation, chipping, and grinding. Moves material, marks parts for identification and follows manufacturing's sequence procedure. Operates wash and paint booth area. Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency. Follows all safety regulations while performing duties. Five thousand (5,000) hours experience required to perform work proficiently. Performs other duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Requires a general knowledge of blast booth and wash/paint booth operation. Vocational or high school graduate or equivalent. Must be a sole US citizen.
