We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments while contributing to the efficiency of our accounting operations. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately to ensure timely payments. Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing reconciliations and accruals. Handle electronic payments and checks, ensuring proper approvals and documentation. Prepare and distribute 1099 forms in accordance with deadlines. Calculate and process sales and use tax payments on applicable invoices. Provide support to other accounting and finance tasks as needed. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in accounts payable within a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
