The impact you'll make in this role: Managing assigned worklists to retrieve Proof Of Delivery (POD) documentation from patients using internal databases for prioritization. Contacting patients, home health agencies, and physician offices to obtain necessary documentation or resolve missing information. Reviewing order history, case notes, and available data sources to determine the appropriate follow-up action. Completing outbound dialer calls and handling inbound inquiries as needed while maintaining high-quality service. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PHI standards, and all company policies and procedures. Your skills and expertise: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a metrics-driven environment with individual and team performance goals Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience using NICE InContact or similar call center platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working with auto-dialer systems in a high-volume call environment Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and dual-screen workflows Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Self-motivated with a team-oriented and customer-focused mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Flexible and adaptable with workflow, scheduling, and shifting priorities Work location: Remote in San Antonio, Texas. Travel: May include up to 5% domestic. Relocation assistance: Not authorized. The expected compensation range for this position is $49,206 - $60,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
