Basic Purpose: The Banquet House Attendant will provide exceptional service to our guests from arranging tables and chairs to cleaning and vacuuming, planning and execution. Set-up and clearing of china, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions as well as attend to guest needs and requests. Essential Functions: Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order. Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that they are in good condition. Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans. Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely. Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Requirements for this role: Education: High school education or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum one year food service or related work, previous Banquet experience preferred Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up. The ability to lift up to 70lbs.
